China Project 2010 June 11 - 20, 2010 Estimated Total Cost:  $2000   Airfare from U.S.: $1400   In-Country Expenses: $600 We will be returning to Northern China in the Liaoning region of Manchuria again this year. We expect that our team will be truly  international, comprised of volunteers from the United States,  Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The Team will be coordinated by Victor Koh with two co-leaders. The team will be providing five days of medical and dental care for the poor people in the near-by villages and the Agape project center. The Agape facility is also home to a large Christian boarding school dedicated to providing scripturally sound education to children from Kindergarten through High School. and a seminary for lay pastors and Christian leaders. First time volunteers are encouraged to make this their first trip. It is here that volunteers have the opportunity to work in just about every field of clinical medicine that we face in field clinic situations. It is common here to have the opportunity to assit in teaching English to children and youg people by sharing your own particular expertise. Fall in love witih these children and join the rest of us who marvel at the Lords's work being done here.
