Team Member Application Form

His  Healing Hands has a somewhat informal qualification process for  volunteer memebers of our teams. We feel that what is in your "heart" is more important than what is in your "head". A willingness to assist those in need and follow where God is leading are the two factors that will help guarantee success of any team.

We do have an application form that we require each team member to submit. The information on this form is confidential and is not shared with anyone outside of our staff. The information helps us prepare our team leaders to provide a safe and interesting experience for you.

If you are seriously considering joing one of our teams as a member, print our Team Member Application form and submit it to us by Fax or in the mail.  Also, print our Privacy Statement to keep for you own records. As part of the application process all team members are expected to be in general agreement with our published Statement of Faith and in specific agreement with our Project Behavior Code Standards. Please review all of these documents.

Volunteer Leader Application Form

If God is calling you into a volunteer leadership role, we would like to discuss the several open opportunites available for qualified candidates.  We have a special Volunteer Leader application form for potential leaders to send to us. All such applications will be kept in strict confidence. As soon as we receive and review your information, we will contact you for a personal interview. Please review our Statement of Faith and be prepared to discuss your position on each of the aricles.
